Equipment Overview

This machine is designed for sorting unsorted PET bottles in production lines. Randomly scattered bottles are fed into the bottle storage ring via an elevator, where they are automatically positioned and sorted through turntable-driven mechanisms.

Bottles enter the sorting chamber where inverted bottles are righted by the bottle-turning mechanism
Upright bottles pass through without being turned
Processed bottles are discharged via air duct or conveyor belt
Centrifugal force on high-speed rotating turntable achieves initial separation
Properly oriented bottles move along guide grooves and are aligned by mechanical guides
